How to Configure Votifier & NuVotifier to Reward Server Votes

Boost Your Server Traffic with Voting Rewards #

Voting rewards are the #1 way to climb the leaderboard on MC Server Rank while giving your active players in-game keys, crate keys, and currency.

Step 1: Install NuVotifier & a Listener Plugin #

1. Download NuVotifier and place the .jar file into your server's plugins/ folder.
2. Download a vote reward listener such as VotingPlugin or SuperbVote.
3. Restart your server to generate the configuration files.

Step 2: Open and Forward Your Votifier Port #

By default, NuVotifier uses port 8192 (or your host's allocated port). Ensure this port is open in your firewall and forwarded to your Minecraft server host.

Step 3: Configure NuVotifier (plugins/Votifier/config.yml) #

NuVotifier v2 automatically generates a private/public RSA key pair in plugins/Votifier/rsa/. Copy your public.key content into your MC Server Rank server settings.

Step 4: Test with the MC Server Rank Diagnostic Tester #

Before publishing, head over to the Votifier Diagnostic Console on MC Server Rank. Enter your IP, Port, and Public Key or Token to simulate a live vote socket in real-time.
